The pump is sitting off to the side of a road that's way off the beaten path, on the edge of some US forest service land, about an hour east of Seattle. There's a house-sized building nearby, and a river... It might be a USFS building, I didn't look too close. There is a pulley on the other side of the pump housing, you can see it in the picture, kinda in the weeds. Once driven by an electric motor, maybe?
