prylog
Hi all every time I turn on my lights the dash and heater display dims. in the daytime its hard to see it at all. is this just normal or is there something I can do to rectify the matter. help on this would be grateful. I have not been able to find any mention of this in the forum

prylog
My legacy is a 95 GTb twin turbo, right hand drive and it doesn't have a little switch to work the illumination. soon as i turn the lights on all the interior lights on the dash dim. unstablementaly
ahh, some pertinent info there! thought you were rolling a newer leggy. dash lights always dim when you turn on the headlights. there should still be an adjustment knob somewhere. good luck, try the stalk for the lights. otherwise i have no idea what the interior of your car even looks like! my vBGarage

I don't know what to tell you other than look for a switch or something for the dash illumination. The only other thing I can think of is your alternator is starting to go so your car isn't putting out enough juice to power the headlights, illumination lights and battery at the same time.
