JeremyGSU
Hey guys, I'm posting this for a friend. He's got a 1999 Subura Legacy 4-door and was looking to get a little better handling out of it. He's thinking of upgrading just the rear sway bar but since it's AWD will this inflict more understeer? Should he upgrade the front as well? What sway bars do you guys recommend for this older model? Any help appreciated.
sirsimon
Not sure what sways are available for the older models. A stiffer RSB should give him more oversteer.
JeremyGSU
Do you know of any websites where they might sell older model sways that I could search?
NickB34
www.rallitek.com I would suggest getting both bars as this will even out the handling. I just got this done and my car has changed from serious understeer to almost neutal handling. Edit: they only have bars listed for 2000-2004 legacys, but I would expect it to fit the 1999 as well. You can call them and somebody should be able to answer your question
JeremyGSU
Where do you see the 00-04 stuff? Most of the items I see listed are from '05 and up.

caramall2
I did rear, good improvement. Then I did the front, liked it a little more. Suggest doing the same...try rear, then add front and see if you (he) like.
