Its tough to haggle NEW car prices.

There isn't much room to move. The best you can do is to look at the invoice before you sign everything, and make sure they don't tack on hidden extras.

I'll give you the advice I give everyone.

 

Use Edmunds.com option to email multiple local dealers with what you are looking for. That way they know they are competing against others, and then you can do what I did.

 

Have the right price agreed on before you even enter the dealer. No haggling and BS necessary. You already have the price you want.

do as heightsgtltd and zmarko suggest (and what i did). get multiple dealer quotes over the internet. you can walk away from them if they are not suitable.
i'm way out of my depth . . .
