it looks ok, im not digging that infiniti stitching on the seat.. and if the gauges are the same as the other years.. then theyre not so special either.. and theres way too much aluminum trim being used.. and that analog clock has got to go but G35's are sweet though.. the power is so linear and smooth.. the coupe was my second choice..

gauges- those gauges look so familiar- aren't they a copy of a Toyota Celica crossed with Audi? dash- Subaru Legacy interior door panels- that swooshy bit of aluminum looks like it came from the new BMW 5-series And that stitching is just tacky, that's like getting "Powered by VTEC" stiching on my Honda seats.

Hmm- you can keep that thing. I've never been a Nissan fan, but that looks like it fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.
What is the cut out in the center of the front bumper for?
The coupe has that aswell. There is a color coded piece that goes over it if you live in a state that does not require a front licence plate. if you do need a front licence plate there is a small mounting clip that goes in there for your plate

Yeah, I went to the Infiniti dealer here in Valencia yesterday and looked at the car too. They just arrived yesterday in dealers here. What's MORE attractive is the new power ratings: Auto: 280 hp 270 tq Manual (comes next month) 298 hp 260 tq Then new manuals should be barn burners. With 38 more hp it should put it into 350Z territory, as the current (2004 an older) cars are within a couple tenths and only a mph or two slower in the 1/4. But am confused as to how they could of tuned it to have 11 hp MORE than the 350Z but it's torque rating not increase at all. Yet, the autos got 20 hp increase along with a 10 ft-lbs increase. Maybe it's just marketing and they felt if they listed the torque figures of the new 298 hp G35 manuals at what it probably makes it would infringe on the 350Z too much. At this price and power rating now though, the G35's just upped the bar again! What I also don't get though is the 99 pound listed weight increase on the 2005 sedans with leather (now standard). Wonder if they reinforced the car or something, or if the prior years models (with leather) were just listed too light.
