What 1980/1981 box office movie had a cop that was exposed to radiation and gave him super-powers....but when he saw something Red, he lost his powers and was weak? This movie was stupid as h3;l, but it kept playing on HBO over and over and over. Teenz loved it to death for some odd reason. I liked it, but can't remember why?
