tekkitan Posted April 16, 2007 Share Posted April 16, 2007 I was working on my car this past weekend. After I was done, the security light on the dash was blinking. It blinks in a series of 2. I looked in my book and they have descriptions for one flash, three flashes, and four flashes, but not two flashes. Anyone know what is wrong? The only thing I did that I think could effect it is I was checking my spark plug wells (oil in them, different issue), other than that I can't think of anything else I did to effect it. CSTMIZR Posted April 17, 2007 Share Posted April 17, 2007 Your system is in "valet" mode. To activate valet: open driver's door, hold unlock/disarm for 2 sec (or more). To deactivate valet : open driver's door, hold unlock/disarm for 2 sec (or more). (It's a toggle thing and should be in the security system section of your manual) Hope that helps.
