AKSubie
Hey guys, was wondering if the STi Pinks that many SpecB guys are going with their bilsteins will fit the USDM LGT? If not what else woudl be needed? I plan eventually going bilsteinHD/pinks route, but if the pinks will fit with minimal effort, I am willing to go that route. Thanks. KayGT
if you're going to be doing city driving you do not want pinks on stock setup but if you're doing highway and suburb streets avoid pot holes then its a big performance upgrade.
Daedalus
Pink springs will fit on USDM stock shocks with no modification. However, many people here do not recommend mating them with the stock struts. YMMV.
STiSubie109
Pinks will fit but from experience the ride is harsh unless you are on freshly paved roads all the time. Talk to uncle matt to hook you up with the jdm bilstein struts and you'll have the perfect mix of performance and comfort!

TPLGT
Where did you get the pinks? How much? Rehab is for quitters.

CobaltForge
Agreed with most posters. I had pinks mated to stock struts for a while and the ride was teh suck. Now I've got Tein Basics and the car is much more compliant.
AKSubie
It seems weird everyone that had em said they were harsh, when through searching the Pinks have abotu the same spring rate as iON/Progress yet most people enjoy those springs. ... am confused a bit. TPLGT - Gruppe-s told me they could get em for me.
TPLGT
I agonized over which springs to buy...ended up w/ S-techs...not on the car yet...wanted them b/c I wanted a significant change in height...was reccomended pinks but they were twice the price... turbo2nr
I speak for my wife. She mentioned it was stiffer. I did not say too stiff. We are keeping them on a daily driver, and are happy.
eL GaTo
Its livable on nice even roads. Okay on local streets but stay away from uneven surfaces. Great on highways. "Remember..."MODDING is a HOBBY:icon_bigg, not a BAAAD HABIT";) .
