chenc544 Posted March 30, 2007 Share Posted March 30, 2007 Remove the front emblem from grill, it's held there by double sided foam tape. Once you do that you can remove the clear part with the subaru stars from the chrome surround. Take some very fine sand paper and wet sand the back of the clear part. Careful to only sand off the blue and not the chrome on the stars. Once that's done just paint the back of the clear part with the color of your choice from a rattle can. Make sure to mask the front of the clear part so you don't get any paint on the front. That's it. The rear emblem is a lot more difficult because you have to drill a hole in the chrome backing in order to get the clear part off. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
