baj
Can anybody tell me if the rear turn signals on the 2007 Legacy 2.5i/2.5i SE sedan are red or amber? I have seen photos that look like both colors with the blinkers off, but haven't seen any with the blinkers on. Thanks.

baj
Thanks -- no, I don't have one. Like I said I saw a picture (on the Subaru site) where it looked amber. I have a VW that looks red when it's off but amber when it's on so I thought maybe it was like that.

baj
USDM ~ red JDM ~ amber Aah, that would explain it. How much would JDM taillights cost, and is swapping them straightforward?
baj
After some searching, it looks like the JDM lights are over $300. So if I end up getting a sedan I think I will live with the red turn signals. But I really don't like red turn signals -- much less noticeable in my opinion (I know a lot of people don't like the look of amber rear lights though, but I am a form follows function kind of guy). If memory serves it used to be only American cars that had red turn signals, but that is no longer the case...
