vytutis
I have 2005 Legacy GT Non-limited, manual seats, cloth, heated. I want ot swap them with 2005 Legacy GT Limited Leather Power Seats. Will it work? My main concern is with wires and electronic part. Does my nonlimited GT has designated plugs provided incase you want to upgrade to power seats? I already looked up forums there are some topic about this issue, but however nobody has clear answer... Thanks to everyone for any help.
RobE
AFAIK, nobody has ever done this before, so i dont think anybody will have a definite answer for you. did you try looking at the vacation pics, maybe there is a clue there. i say you should just try it, and if you cant get it to work you can just sell them http://newenglandsubarus.com/
gianspi
Do you need the power function? If you just want the leather, it may be cheaper to have leather installed professionally. enough zip ties and duct tape will fix anything.
panamajack
Im not sure, but the connections for the seats may already be there.

spiralsmurf
Ill tell you that you cannot switch from leather to cloth with paying $296 to have the SRS module recoded for the different airbag serial numbers. I just experienced this in an 05 lgt limited that has regular cloth seats.
