cklegacy2006
I would like to modify my air intake (for speed and greater sound). I have been having trouble finding a air intake to fit my car. I had a weapon-r intake in (that I have taken out) because it was causing my check engine light to come on. I was told that I might have to custom modify the intake. Is this true? If so what should I do?
gianspi
Please see here for intake information: http://www.legacygt.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=73 I suggest putting the stock box back, removing the silencer, and throwing in an AVO filter. That should produce a good sound for you. http://www.pltek.net/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=1106_21_32_55&products_id=177&osCsid=6988e8527c8ff119ee351e0de93a21f8 enough zip ties and duct tape will fix anything. cklegacy2006
yeah it was the Weapon-r the seller had listed it for the 2005-2006 legacy. It is the Dragon Intake 2005+. Thank you for the reply.

one69chev
i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're not going to extract much more speed out of modding your air intake. it will sound badass, but you won't be blazing down the highway unfortunately......
