malvic Posted February 25, 2007 Share Posted February 25, 2007 So driving around yesterday and notice some creaking sounds from the back. My wife got in the back today and as we drove, found the source of the noise. The room trim is loose just where it meets the back window (can stick a few fingers inside). Also noticed that driver side plastic from the roof to the back shelf is loose and not sitting as tight as the passenger side. Will show this to dealer when I go in next time. malvic Posted March 5, 2007 Author Share Posted March 5, 2007 I did not take a picture of the roof panel but it's loose at the back where it meets the rear window. You can push it up and it makes a creaking sound which is what I heard. Attached is picture of the rear pillar panel that loose. If I look between this pillar and the window, I can see the metal elements that attach to the defrost lines on the window. They are more visible on the driver side then passenger side.
