Koreatown is in Wilshire Center - between Arlington Avenue/Wilton Place on the west, Melrose Ave. on the north, Hoover Street on the east, and Pico Blvd. on the south. The area panamajack is talking about is in West L.A., and like he alluded to, it was established as a small Japanese-American community. Can we do this sometime between March 10th-16th?
