toshiba2.5 Posted February 5, 2007 Share Posted February 5, 2007 ok i was going down 90west then i noticed i had a flat sopulled to the shoulder i waited there thinking about changing my flat blah blah blah long story short this is what happend to my tire http://a564.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/19/l_3f5e53a9b3b05f903f85688460d4f1eb.jpg http://a478.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/23/l_3b482eaa82de4197bdb2a1492086c5dd.jpg its the iner sidewall i only have 6400 miles on the tires i just rotated them saturday this happend to my right front tire ..the guy helpin me said maybe its a manufacturer problem cause it only has 6400 miles on them and he also said it might be from the cold he seen it happen alot before but never to a tire with only 6000 miles on them..so should i go to discount tire where they did my tire rotation then call the dealer and tell them or what ..the tire is a stock yoko a82 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

toshiba2.5 Posted February 6, 2007 Author Share Posted February 6, 2007 thanks i called the dealer and they told me to do the same ..so i called discount tire i brought my tire in for them to inspect it and they called yokohama and they said they will be giving me a new tire and said they are sorry and glad im safe..(my ass) ..i also have to ride on the spare tire for a week cause they dont have the tire in stock and they will call me when it comes in Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

toshiba2.5 Posted February 6, 2007 Author Share Posted February 6, 2007 no i didnt .the tire guys couldnt find a bubble or any kind of Puncture anywhere else on the tire . i was on the 90 west when this happend never had a problem with the highways little bumps before im still kinda confused on how a new tire like that could just give out.
