Edgemar
I didn't see any of the vendors selling a STI up pipe. Do people usually get them used off the board or new from a dealer? I'd like to keep a stock look. What are they going for $$? Or, is an aftermarket one a much better way to go? I was thinking about an Invidia/Cobb or Crucial w/out a bung. Thx for the advice! SC GT
I'm getting headers with an up, so I'll have an STi up for sale within a month, if you can wait.

Scooter
I got my new Bosal STi v2 uppipe from Gary at Mann-Engineering.com I highly recommend them; good price, fast shipping, and new OEM studs and gaskets were included. Seek first to understand, then to be understood. In other words: SEARCH before you post!
bman
Pardon my newbish-ness,Will any STI uppipe work (ie. Impreza) or does it have to be an STI for Legacy only?I see some with an O2 bung. Is that necessary? Thanks,Brian
Edgemar
From what I've read the 02 bung in not necessary...It there to monitor the cat which won't be there. Also w/out the egt probe/cat there is no chance anything will get suck into the turbo. I've also read that some people will tap into the manifold w/the egt. I'm not sure why though... AWDxBOOST
an egt gauge is most effective and accurate off the #4 cylinder right on the manifold on the uppipe, you wont get an accurate reading... a bung is not necessary anyways, just do the resistor mod
