J.R. Posted December 26, 2006 Share Posted December 26, 2006 ok, I hate chrome. My new Spec B has lots of it. I'm getting a new grill on Fri, and working on getting a set of 2005 GT headlights. The Spec B comes with the chrome trim above the side skirts. So, what I want to do is trade with someone that has an 07 Legacy in Diamond Grey Metallic, and swap sideskirts with them. My car has a little over 300 miles at this point, so they're basiclly brand new. Let me know if anyone's interested. Here's a picture so you can see what I'm talking about. Murray Posted January 7, 2007 Share Posted January 7, 2007 i believe all the GT limited's come with the chrome strip on the side panels... it doesnt look bad, but its not for everyone, as im not a chrome person either. evidently this is a cheap upgrade otherwise, getting painted WRX sideskirts for my old car was expensive, but for the Legacy, all of em have them painted, so the upgraded ones wiht chrome are only like $120 of subaruparts.com. something to consider for anyone who wants em, but cant find anyone to swap with.
