Fat Charlie
There are instructions in the owner's manual. I don't remember them and I'm not going out to the garage right now, but it's quick and easy.

peniXmalone
wait so are you trying to make the beeping go away? if so, i think its something like press the unlock button, then press and hold both the unlock and lock buttons for a couple seconds. do that to get the beeping to go away, and to bring it back. if thats not what you're asking..my bad. SLegacy99
I wish I could turn mine down. It is so loud that I wake people up whenever I park in the street somewhere. However, I guess I should be thankful, seeing how as how my suitemate's 240sx was broken into yesterday. He lost $1300 worth of stuff.
MarkV
i read my book, and it says to hold the unlock button on the control panel...and as you hold it within 10 second of holding it you stick the key in the ignition and out 6 times ( within those ten second of holding the unlock key.) then omce you've done those 6 entries.....with in the 1-5 seconds that you let go of the unlock button you open the door..and for mine the horn went off ( alarm because you have to be in the car with the doors locked at first.******) thanks a lot though guys I've Crashed My ROFLChopper into a LOLCanOhttp://legacygt.com/forums/image.php?type=sigpic&userid=16939&dateline=1230531251
Fat Charlie
Either they changed it for 06 or I really wasn't paying attention when I did it. It was almost 2 years ago, but I swear it seemed simpler than that.

I could swear it was really simple and only involved the fob, and I was outside the car when I did it - only I actually turned it back on, because it was off when I bought the car. Check your manual again. -Coelli
