Atroz
Hi, Currently negotiating for a '07 LGT Wagon with the AT. Any recommendations on a good price to shoot for? I'm being offered $2K off list right now with a $15K trade-in (up from their $13.5K first offer). Thanks.
rtto5588
use apa or carfax. That'll give you a fair indication of the price. I bought my subie in the states. Saved me at least 6k. That could be an option. Also, in Canada, I know (at least in GTA), subie dealers don't really knock off that much. I was looking there at first and all dealers would knock off 2k and give me a good price for trade in. That's it. Wouldn't throw anything in. So, if you can get them to knock off more than 2k, go for it!
Atroz
Thanks for the response. Nice to know that I'm at least getting the normal discount.
looneycanuk
Have them add undercoating and rubber mats; good for another $500 or so.
Atroz
Have them add undercoating and rubber mats; good for another $500 or so. They've added in slashguards, cargo net and block heater, installed. Supposed to be about a $250 value. For undercoating, I prefer Krown over the goopy stuff I've seen dealers use.
