legacy4me Posted November 10, 2006 Share Posted November 10, 2006 I have just received my Apexcone 4,500k bulb replacements for my kaixen 6,000k.. The connectors were just fine and all, however when looking at the two bulbs side by side,, i noticed that the connector to the ballasts on the apexcone kit, would not fit through my dust cap hole. Everything else is the exact same. Now I thought of trying to make the hole bigger, BUT, the seals on the wires are the same size, or appear to be. So if i made the hole bigger, wouldnt my sealants not be completely sealed? I really want to put these bulbs in, even after all the money I have invested into the kits and the bulbs. Any suggestions or help would be great. Also, on the kaixen bulbs, the wire has a splitter in it, so that i can just put the wire through the hole, and then connect it to the other side of the wire.
