lucas569
looks cheaply made, and i cant even imagine how loud that would be. i can only see something like this for the track but in that case i would just unbolt the from the cat back. TSiWRX
Depends on your current power level - as well as what's "after" the cut-out. Case-in-point would be brother team23jordan. His post cut-out setup is a totally catless system using 3" piping, mated to very free-flowing exhaust canisters. Last I can remember, he cited that his neighbors had complained as to his exhaust volume. With his setup, a cut-out, even professionally tuned-for, gained him barely any additional power at all. I think that the total gain with cut-out open was less than 2 wHP and a similar small increase in torque. However, if you're pushing significantly more power (he was typical "Stage II+" at the time, I believe), or if you have significant downstream restrictions past the cut-out, you should be able to see much more of an increase. It all depends on the setup. <-- I love Winky, my "periwinkle" (ABP) LGT! - Allen / Usual Suspect "DumboRAT" / One of the Three Stooges '16 Outback, '16 WRX, 7th Subaru Family
