The RA LGTs new look!

These are pictures of my 2004 Legacy GT’s new look. My friend Brian (K2blt) and I installed the Motegi MR7 rims on practially brand new BFGoodrich Touring T/As. They were on our rally car (Impreza Wagon), but my factory tires were going bald, so we threw these on. The mud flaps are JDM GC8 STi mudflaps that we had to customize slightly to fit. Other then the custom bracket in the rear, everything was pretty straight forward. It took us longer then expected, but I think the final result looks pretty good. What do you guys think of my all show/no go Legacy? (I have all go on my RX-7, this is just my daily driver.) Thanks a lot, Brian.

i can't believe how easily those drag over the bumps... soft suspension. the tires definately made an improvement in the handling on that thing for you. i felt a lot less oversteer just from the 10 minutes i drove and i didn't get on it at all. if you end up doing the TSD rally in VT, they should hold up well over the gravel and tar sections. better than re92's without question. any time i can hook up a friend, especially one with the same passion, i don't think twice. glad you like wheels and flaps.

again, thanks a lot brian. the tires are great, i can feel the difference in grip on on and off-ramps. definatly much better then the RE92's.

it's too bad you arent going to be able to do the TSD Rally with me. At least i'll get some experience with reading instructions and following instructions, or at least attempting to follow them. my navigator is bringing a camera and we're gonna rig up a camera mount, so i'll have some footage for you. they'll be more in the winter and spring, i'll have to give you a better heads up next time.
