edkwon Posted October 24, 2006 Share Posted October 24, 2006 Just wondring if anything can help me tap my V1 into the dome light's power wires, im not familiar with how to remove the dome light and dont want to damage anything permanently. JuxtaGT Posted October 25, 2006 Share Posted October 25, 2006 Depending on where are trying to mount it (assuming you are talking about a valentine 1), you might be better off tapping the accessory jack for power (formerly known as the cigarette lighter). Legacy05GT Posted October 25, 2006 Share Posted October 25, 2006 If you open up your dome light, you will see the switched power wires for the HOMELINK mirror, tap onto those, no need to run wire.
