Yo Han
Howdy, Been looking to get a portable GPS unit. I was deadset on Garmins and I know their maps are better, but I just recently discovered that the TomTom910 has ipod integrations and controls over the ipod via the touchscreen, which I don't think anyone else offers. From what I understand, the ipod plugs into the unit and the unit has an audio out, which has the direction commands(pauses music), bluetooth, and audio from the harddrive or ipod. My question is to anyone who has one, how is the audio quality? Is there any degredation of the mp3 quality from the ipod going thru the TomTom audio out if pluged directly into the headunit, via an AUX input? I'm very anal about sound quality and won't bother getting one if there is, but I love how this unit can deal with cell, directions, and ipod all in one. Wish Garmin would do this, that would be sweet. Thanks in advance! Yo Han
