Prima Nero matte finish for dash treatment Rubber & Vinyl Protector

Recommended Posts

So has anyone used this on their legacy yet? I know the newer ones seem to have a diferent more textured material on the dash compared to the door handles.

All the examples I've seen in this thread are from other cars, so no offense, guys. :p

does your Legacy's door not look like this one? :icon_conf this is a 06 LegacyWagon door.

THe door looks great. Its just the dash seems to be a different bumpier material then the door and I'm unsure of how it'll take to Nero.

If you can provide a pic, then that'd be awesome. Otherwise, I'll probably go with the 303.

I just bought some of the Nero and used it on my dash and pretty much everything else in the interior and I LOVE IT! I hate the shine that most of the other products leave.

Oh yeah and Deteailers Paradise isn't to far from my house. The couple that owns the place are really cool and are very informative on the products they sell.

jonny- glad you like Nero! Please tell Heather i said "HI!" when you're over there.

She's great help... in fact, she's the one that introduced us to their Prima line

at our MINICooper forum. :Dwww.northamericanmotoring.com

I tried their PrimaClay and Slick as well today. The clay was a lot drier than

Griots and easy to use. i clayed my G35C and no surprises, everything turned

out great. Their QD (Slick) is also very good... except a bit too much shine for

me on panels, but for my SSR GT3 wheels, they turned out very nice.

I use primarily Griots SpeedShine and SprayOn wax for detailing after a

drive and wash.

kelvrick- ill see if can post up a pict of the dash. i just got done Nero-ing the

Legacy over the weekend again since i was hardwiring my radar detector and

put a lot of finger print marks near the fuse holder area... lol. the marks came

right off with Nero. car looks brand spanken new. :)

303's good, but Nero is another step matte.

No need. I was just cautious about 20 bucks that could have been spent on something like a new chamois cloth since nobody else in here mentioned the legacy dash. Jonny seems to like it though and thats enough to push me over the edge. Primo here I come.

I got mine yesterday, put it on last night and wiped it down this morning. I like it. Without anything on, the dash looked dry for want of a better description, and a little "blotchy". Now it looks smooth and not dry but still has a matte finish.

glad you like it. :) it smells like banana's when you apply but has no scent

once it dries.

you can put tons of this stuff by accident but still turn out nice and matte.

so easy to use. :icon_mrgr

yah, i think you guys are going to like Nero. this is by far the best discovery

i made this year in terms of detailing products. :)

subyroo- keep us posted on the Hydro. Ive not tried that yet.

btw, even if you aren't getting any new waxes or such from DetailersParadise,

be sure to try their MonsterFluffy MF towel and Platinum MF towels!!! excellent

buffing and detailing towels imho!

Still waiting for my order :(

hummm...dang...

give it another couple more days. DP's backlogged right now due to

Nick's sick leave, but i know Heather is working 2x the load catching

up to everything, so hang tight! Both are very reliable people. :)

 nono. i don't work for DP.

im just excited about spreading nice products to my car buddies, that's all. :)

when i started modding cars back in the mid-90's i had no clue wth i was

doing. there were so many people that helped me out online that i feel

it's my turn to return my knowledge and experience to the community.

i don't get paid by DP or own any part of DP or Prima product line..other

than the products i bought from DP. :icon_tong
