BRP800
My Momo "air' knob is making buzzing noises at certain rpms. I have tighhtened the (3) lock screws several times but it never lasts. I have the factory short shifter on my Legacy GTL. Hate to buy any more knobs at $60-80 each. I found what I think was the original knob in the garage, but I can't tell if was from my WRX or current Legacy. Looking inside the longish leather knob, there are shallow threads way inside in an aluminum bushing . Theres a white plastic bushing that sticks out about a 1/4" with a lip to hold up the leather skirt. The plastic goes halfway into the 3 1/4" long leather knob. Does anyone know if this is the proper knob?? Any advice greatly appreciated. PS: All fixed. Knob fit perfect, no more rattling.

gfxdave99
Its very simple, use a subaru compatible screw on knob If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough. - Mario Andretti
