Congrats on your purchase.

I would do the window tinting 1st.

Agreed. Then research wheels, IMO. A good place to start is a site like TireRack.com. Personally, these are the only 2 mods I am considering. Most other folks (more serious enthusiasts) would do the exhaust before tackling the suspension and wheels which is such a major area...

no one is a fan of HID?

Glad you brought that up. I was considering asking a related question earlier but decided to leave it be. What's the huge facination with HIDs? I mean, i can see just fine with my headlights. Why do people spend such huge ammounts on HIDs? I've been in dozens of cars with HIDs and I honestly can't see any better than I can with my regular headlights (understand they were different kinds of cars). But I just don't get it...I mean, people spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on HIDs and in my opinion, it doesn't do anything other than shine a bright white/blueish color.

Sorry for the questions, but I just don't get the popularity of HIDs. :icon_conf

HIDs are over-rated and are especially bad in foul weather. They also tend to blind other drivers and because of the harsh cutoff they "flash" drivers causing a huge distraction. Making the situation worse are aftermarket HID kits that don't include a redesigned reflector housing which can cause blinding light to be directed at oncoming traffic. In my opinion and in the opinion of Consumer Reports and some other automotive safety groups, the safety advantage of HIDs is in serious question.

Since you got the 2.5i, you're obviously lookin for crazy speed. Easiest way is axle back exhaust, as loud as you can, preferably from Pep Boys, a bigass aluminum wing and the biggest shiniest wheels you can fit under that thing!!!

Wait no, that's only for Civics....
