fweasel
I'm flying into Denver this Friday for the CEDIA convention at the Denver Convention Center. My flight arrives at 9:30AM and I will not be checking luggage. Give me an educated estimate on how long it will take me to get to the convention center by taxi with traffic at that hour. Question #2. My flight leaves Denver at 7:45PM Friday night. Assuming I need to be at the airport by 6:15, what time should I leave the convention center travelling by taxi. Its going to be a long day. Thanks in advance. ignore him, he'll go away.
BWD
1. I'd say 45 - 60 mins. Traffic after 8ish in the morning is not too bad. Usually the cabbies haul ass anyways, so maybe even closer to 30-45. 2. You are hitting rush hour then. I'd say 4:45/5:00 just to be safe. I-70 gets pretty backed up at those hours. wrxlvr
1. It'll be at least 45 minutes, probably closer to an hour from out there. 2. Traffic is usually hell around the time you'll need to leave. If you need to be at the airport by 6:15, I'd leave by 4:45 at the latest.
