Not sure how much mileage/time has been put on since you purchased but maybe exchange it for another hopefully in a reasonable deal for both. A good dealer will do this to maintain their reputation. The electrical issues are an annoyance but likely are unrelated to the wreck(small or large). Lawyer stuff mentioned is expensive and time consuming. Sorry about your loss and good luck with this all. Hopefully you post back as a happy customer yeah no crap jesse. Look at the dates posted guy. OTM.
