2furious
I rent Dodge Charger for three days in San Diego and drove up to LA... I sucks... I don't know why many people like it... The ride is ok though, in freeway speed I could not pass slow cars easily.. Around 60-70 mph, even the car kick-downed only to make noise.. I think it has V6 250HP motor but it felt like Neon.. Is it because I'm getting used to LGT? I don't think so.. I have driven many cars and Charger is one of the top 3 sucks... R/T or SRT maybe better but the base model is not good... Have any of you driven the R/T or SRT? Let's talk about the american muscle... From Desert to Rocky to SLC !!!
speeding_gaijin
They gonna give you worst of the worst in rentals. I bet it even had hub caps I think you would have had a bit more fun with a hemi
Effin Ponderous
I had the same problem with the 300 when they first came out. The suspension sucked and it had no power. I thought the car just sucked. If the manufacturers were smart, they would give incentives to the rental car companies to get them to buy the better equipped models. I wouldn't have considered one of the 300's until I drove the Hemi. I still wouldn't buy one cause of the LGT, but there wouldn't have been a chance in heck otherwise. SLegacy99
I was not impressed with the 300C my bro in law rented. Even the interior was very plain and sterile looking plastic. Yick.
