If the person would simply get a large coffee can and place it at the end of that tube so that it surrounds the filter itself and maybe aim it a little straighter, that thing would truly scream! Legacy's don't need a new intake unless you have done other supporting mods already. Its just like the WRX and people have shown no noticeable gaines from doing an intake alone. spend the money on a uppipe which will help a lot.
