i ordered a part from them on 6/23 and haven't heard anything except for the initial order confirmation. i've sent about 4 emails asking when it will ship but don't get any responses. i would re-order the part from somewhere else but don't want to end up with two of them if these bozos actually decide to send it out.

i'd call your credit card company and see if they can prevent the charge from going through....then order from somewhere else.

Never heard of them, but the credit card route should be used as a last attempt, can take up to 30 days to get a refund, and really doesn't make a business sweat at all...

Yeah I had to go to their registrar to get the info as internic.net was blocking it. It does suck that they dont have that info on their site; some way to contact them other than their website email post.

 

And subaruparts.com has been the most reliable when it comes to ordering subaru parts online. Just my experience.

thanks guys. a box showed up yesterday but i haven't had a chance to check it out yet. still, these guys haven't responsed to the emails. will never order from them again.
