I'm not sure how much you have to worry about interfeariance, H-Techs are a pretty minor drop. Cobb is trying to correct the problems they are having so I will hold out for them. I have heard good things about Cusco from guys that are running S-Techs and their drop is more signifagant then the H-Tech so you whould be fine with them.
