pmcneill Posted September 15, 2004 Share Posted September 15, 2004 I've got a Garmin GPS, and am thinking about adding a 12v outlet to the center stack compartment to get rid of the hanging wires. I picked up a Y-splitter at Radio Shack today, hoping to use one of the sockets, but I'm a complete noob with this sort of thing. Should I just leach off the lighter at the bottom of the center stack? The light in the compartment? Somewhere else? Any other advice? I'm pretty keyed up on getting this working -- that comparment seems like it was made for the garmin ique car mount... Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
