Friday night and brewing beer, nothing better than that.

Looks awful, but it makes the house smell fantastic.

Any other brewers out there?

Love the homebrew. It's probably about 4 years since my last batch, a real nice California Common.

Good luck.

Thanks,

I tend to mainly brew wheat beers: wits, weizens, weisse, and some dunkels.

I drink a lot of styles of brew, but I am not too familiar with Steam Beers

The Steam was just a nice eay drinker. Nothing too crazy. Last few I made bfore were a bit too hoppy for me, except for an excellent Scotch Ale I had.

Wehn I get the itch to do it again, going to do a Vienna.

Wheats & whites are my fav, but the originals from Belgium make me sick after any more than two. Maybe the yeast strain they use.

I hear Pierre Celis is making White Ale again. That would be a good find.
