silverfool
damn, at $120 a corner, 4 struts would run almost 5 bills. The eventual need to replace stock struts at those prices seems to make coilovers seem much more affordable.
what
Interesting.. there is a KYB stamped onto the stock struts.. hard to argue who makes them when there name is on them.. lol. But if there made by KYB they should be pretty good. So this gives me a lil hope my others arent going to go bad. I fixed it today, its all good now. I picked up my strut yesterday then put it on this morning.. -deadeye, the strut is the shock on new cars, its kinda like the shock is built into the strut assembly- When i took my old strut off the metal pole thing in the middle just slid right up and down really without any resistance, I was like.. hmm yeah, this one is bad.. so I just wanted to let everyone know I am happy again.. My car is not injured anymore..
