2.5rxliberty
I dont know what is happening or how to check. The other day I washed the engine down with the battery disconnected and waited for it to dry. First start after that the engine light came on for about 1 minute and now it comes on every time you start the car at random times for about and no longer then 1 minute. It does not happen reguarly but every hour or so. Any help????

LetItSnow
You should really pull the code before expecting any answers.
OCDetails
This is why you have to be careful when you hose down the engine. It isn't made out of sugar and it won't melt if it gets a little wet, but if you get water in the wrong places then it can cause problems. You need to get the code so you know where the problem is. It could be a failing connection due to corrosion or something similar. _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S . OCDetails
Once you know the codes you should know what needs to be replaced. The mechanic will tell you what to do from there. _________________________________________ “Cleanliness becomes more important as godliness becomes more unlikely.” O C D E T A I L S .
