fan42025 Posted September 3, 2004 Share Posted September 3, 2004 Here in Oz we appear to have a known problem for the new GT with grinding noise when applying breaks. Sometimes this is accompanied with steering wheel vibration. Apparently Subaru have admitted there is a problem and are working on a fix. Has this been an issue for anyone in the US? Pads oozing out something under certain damp conditions causing the rotors to be smeared with a chemical and resulting in varying friction hence noise. Mine come and go.
