NC2.5i Posted April 20, 2006 Share Posted April 20, 2006 i just saw a silver LGT lowered with dark wheels and a polished lip. looked like a front lip too. and some very blue HIDs. saw it about 11:05 on Hillsborough Street near the bell tower.
