I noted to them that I have been hearing some gear noise from the back end, loudest ~ 50 mph. they checked, and replaced the back left wheel bearing. bad news, they said - didn't fix the noise. now they want me to pick a week when they can have the car (they will provide a loaner), and they want to drop the tranny and replace a "pinion bearing" anyone have any info on this issue? in the meantime, I'll go check the vacation pics and see what it is Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
