If they are, can I use silicone or some other thing to seal it after installing something into the headlight assembly that requires drilling holes? The reason I am asking is because I'm looking to drill strobe lightheads into the assembly (I'm a volunteer firefighter) and I wasn't sure if that would mess anything up.
