Mug13
2000 OB LTD Sedan Anyone know how to fix this? I’ve torn apart my dash to see what the clicking was. I’ve pulled the blower motor/gerbil cage and I can see the vents that close off the outside air. I can also see the motor that operates them. However, once they get about ¾ of the way closed, they bog down and the motor starts clicking. I’ve pushed the vents closed all the way, and it doesn’t feel like there is anything blocking them but the motor keeps clicking. Any ideas? Mug13
Nope. Bought it used with 79,000 miles on it. The car also has a $600 oil leak from the rear oil cover. I bought it from the Local Subaru dealer. They sold me the car with a 1 year warrenty. It doesn't cover anything.

Mug13
I fixed it. Traded it in for a 2005 2.5i and no more clicking!
