The event is hosted by SpeedVentures..

Location: The newly-expanded 4 mile track Spring Mountain Raceway (near Pahrump, NV)

Anyways, the regular price is $190 one day, $300 2 days

BUT, S2Ki has a nice deal going on with them.. here it is..

Anyways, in case you are interested, so far there's obviously a bunch of S2Ki people going, BOXRPWR is gonna go, and Im thinking about going to spectate and have a nice Vegas weekend. If I get wheels/tires by then, maybe I'll sign up late and run too.

Anyways, this track looks like its LOTS of fun. Its HUGE at ~4 miles/lap.

Just post up here if you signed up so that S2Ki can update the list. They will all be leaving in a caravan Friday night.

I think it said something like 50 ft elevation changes, so yes, its pretty flat. But damnation, look at those long straights! Finally a place for my girl to really stretch her legs. 150 mph (bouncing near rev-limiter in 5th gear) here I come!

Already signed up for Sat. April 22nd. Come on! Let's see more Leggies there.

hit 160 mph by bringing it closer to the edge of bouncing the rev limiter with good throttle control, you'll get more mph that way ;) or just run larger tires.

what it really needs it a 6th gear! I know this motor could pull to an aerodynamic limit close to 175-180 mph.

let's hope the 2007 Spec.B really does come with a 6MT.

To be honest, the STi 6 speed is kinda annoying.. the only gains you will get from it is the tall 5th and 6th... 1-4 are REALLY close... constant shifting.

your car makes plenty of power, what you need is a new final drive.. sacrifice just a little acceleration for the top speed.. go from a 4.44 to a 4.11 and be happy!
