francesto1
I have a Legacy 08, it makes the same noise when the steering wheel is turned all the way. I found out the reason for the noise is that a rotatory part (not sure what it is) attached to the belt, stops moving and creates the noise. I just bought the car and the belt it has is not OEM. I'm thinking on changing to a Subaru belt and see what happens, maybe this one is too tight....also, the noise is more frequent in cold weather.
