Here's what I'm looking for: subaruparts and code I've tried: subaruparts code subaruparts AND code +subaruparts +code "subaruparts code" And all the results I get have one word or the other, but rarely both. Tide Posted January 12, 2006 Share Posted January 12, 2006 The search engine was switched from vBulletin to MySQL's FULLTEXT engine, which is a much lighter load on the server. However after some research I found out that performance is at the cost of losing being able to search on terms smaller than 4 letters, so it's been reverted back. So, no, it wasn't "broken", just the FULLTEXT engine returns results in a much more humanistic (think Google) way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
