05-06 Manual E-Brake Boot vs 07-09

Hey everyone. Recently swapped my E brake cables in my 2005 Legacy GT and finally sentenced my (already destroyed) E Brake lever boot to death. The plastic trim piece itself is broken apart, so I can't just get a boot to re-cover it. Anyway, I was trying to order a new one through subaru and they told me it is discontinued for my 05. On the Subaru parts site, they do list one for 07 to 09. I am wondering what the interchangeability is of these. Or if anyone else has replaced theirs recently, what did you use? Any part numbers or product links would be super helpful. Thanks everyone!
