EGR Delete with Radium Fuel Rails and Plumbing Kit

Maybe I'm looking over something but I'm running series for plumbing the fuel rails and there is the 2 lines that run for feed and return and the one vacuum line that runs off the regulator. Am I able to just run the vacuum line to the manifold shown in the picture? Then plug where the EGR would normally run off the intake manifold and tune it out to delete EGR all together?  It seem to good to be true.

Any help would be appreciated.
