Oil leak, can’t seem to fix

I have a 05 lgt wagon and it always had a burning smell to it. Looking underneath, I find a gap in the seal. I posted on here once, and I thought I had it fixed, props to the guy who helped me, but now, I found the same gap on both sides. The pic is on the drivers side for better visibility. Same gap in the same area on both sides with a little bit of oil leaking out. There is now little to no burning smell, but I did try to tighten the bolts near the gap. I’ll put a picture and I would like to know what I could to, or if I should replace the gaskets.  The picture with the burn marks is from the passenger side, I cleaned up the burn marks but still got oil drips at the lowest point of the bolt mounts.
