Comes with JDM hazard switch as pictured, but no harnesses. The BAD: Has a scratch on the left (driver) side on top of climate control block - see pictures. The GOOD: Otherwise no scratches or wear on other parts. In fact, the VHD filter is in better shape than my own EDM setup (duh). All tabs and mounting points (sides, back, hazard switch) are intact.
