OEM Mesh/Sport/Spec B grille badge - replacement options?

For anyone that has any of the OEM mesh grilles and have had to replace the badge that comes with it - what did you use?  Does it maybe use the badge for the standard grille?

I dont have a standard grille to compare, I got the car with the OE mesh grill.

I peeked from the rad side and it looks different from the standard badge from there.

I do suspect it may use the standard grill badge and it is on a plastic badge base, not sure though.

I am actually asking for my 5th gen LGT that has an OEM mesh sport grille.  My badge is faded and I want to replace it.  I checked with the dealer and they say they have no idea as the OE mesh grilles came with a badge and it (badge) does not have a separate part number.

I see Subaru does this across most of the range, offering mesh grilles with "proprietary" badges, and being the part of the forum that seems to have the most traffic I figured I'd ask here too to get an idea.
